With close attention to domestic as well as foreign economic environment changes, Korea Omyang Corporation has developed 50/50 business activities for domestic and foreign market. Our advanced technology and accumulated know-how as well as specialized item strategy allows us to devote our effort only on the research and development of the high-quality speaker production.

By results, we have developed structure for car speaker production system. We also introduce our speakers for Audio, TV and Hi-Fi in Korean market, which have been received favorable preference from our customers. In case of audio speaker, Korea Omyang Corporation has delivered our model PD-2040B to Sony by their request. This model has continued to make system to be delivered to Inkel, which was sign for another leap of ours.

Especially, the speaker for audio delivered to Korea Sharp since 1984 has received high recommendation, which results in delivering our audio speakers to Lotte Electronics, Taekwang Audio and many other audio makers. However, it is only the start of our commitment to develop high dignity audio speakers. The square type speaker production for the first time in Korea in 1977 is one of our major achievement in TV speakers area.

The square type speaker is for prevention of static discharge with field cover at the back of the speaker. It was the innovative product at that time, which can prevent the distortion of the TV screen. Since the introduction of color TV broadcasting from December 1980, the TV speaker also has been renovated into Audio-Vision, which the TV has several speakers, instead of one for mono sound, at both side or top and bottom.

KOC's accumulated technology has enabled the car stereo speaker to be our major production item, which has been in research and development from early 1980. From the speakers for Hundai Ponny that has actually put into mass production from August 81, we have introduced various high-quality models such as speakers for Excel, Elantra, Sonata, Atoz, and lately for EF-Sonata.

In addition, Korea Omyang Corporation has started developing new model with plastic frame instead of steel, which is the base of the speaker.

The plastic frame has enabled not only the cost reduction but also product weight reduction, so the speakers can be used as high-pitch tweeter or TV speaker. Our new product, which has put in mass production by contract with ALP USA, is the advanced speaker system that has Acoustic Power Lens installed to broaden the acoustic reflection angel from 45 degrees to 360 degrees.
